All the wood types we use for furniture are hardwoods, even if each type has a different hardness. Maple and white oak are the two hardest species (9/10 hardness) while black walnut has a lower hardness (7.5/10).

We do not have a store or a showroom where our furniture is displayed, we sell exclusively online. We are located in Terrebonne, on the north shore of Montreal.

Yes, wood samples are sold at a cost of $20 (+ shipping) for a set of 3 wood types. It is not possible to buy only one sample because they are all packed and ready to go. Here is the link to the samples: woodstockcie.com/en/products/echantillons

All the wood types we use are local, meaning they come from nearby. Although our raw material suppliers are all carefully selected local suppliers, it is impossible for us to validate with great precision the origin of the wood. However, we do know that the wood for our furniture comes from Quebec, Ontario or the Northeast of the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product ordered, and the inventory status of the product(s) ordered. For furniture orders (tables, benches, chairs, TV stands, coffee tables) in stock, the delay is 1-4 weeks and for " on demand " furniture orders the delay is 4-8 weeks. Smaller products (hammock chairs, shelves, samples) are shipped in 1-15 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximations and that at any time you can contact our customer service team to estimate the delivery time of an order.

Some of our furniture (the best sellers) are available in stock in small quantities and others are made on demand. The "in stock" or "on demand" information is displayed on the product sheet. In-stock products can be delivered faster (1-4 weeks) than special order products (4-8 weeks). For an order of several pieces of furniture, the longest delivery time will always be the one applicable to the order.

Only the full online credit card payment option at the time of order is currently available.

Add all the furniture and accessories to the shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the payment of the order. You will automatically receive your invoice by email. Once the order has been placed, we will prepare your order according to the time frame of the furniture inventory status of your order. When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email to suggest our next delivery day in your area or to arrange for pick-up of your order, depending on the option you chose at the time of purchase. If you are available on that day, we will then provide you with a 3 hour time slot for delivery of your order. If you are not available on that day, we will reschedule the delivery to our next delivery day in your area. At the time of delivery, our delivery men (2) will install the furniture in the room of your choice.

We offer delivery for all our furniture, in Quebec City, Sherbrooke and Gatineau. The price of delivery depends on the size of the order and the delivery area. To know the delivery fees, you can refer to our Shipping Policy. Please note that assembly is included in the price of delivery.

When your order is ready, our delivery team will contact you by email to suggest our next delivery day in your area. If you are not available on that day, we will reschedule the delivery to our next delivery day in your area. If you are available on that day, we will inform you at the latest on the Monday before the confirmed delivery day of a 3 hour time slot for the delivery of your order. During the delivery, our carriers (2) will proceed to the installation of the furniture in the room of your choice. The delivery usually takes between 15 and 45 minutes. Since deliveries are made by our own team, the furniture is delivered in moving blankets that we use again, and not in boxes.

The dining room table legs are disassembled when delivered, but all other furniture is already assembled.

Our delivery territory extends between the cities of Quebec, Sherbrooke and Gatineau. Some exceptions can sometimes be accepted, do not hesitate to contact us to know if delivery can be offered to you even if your address is outside our delivery territory.

It is possible to pick up an order at our warehouse in Terrebonne. Pick-ups are on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9am and 3pm.

For daily cleaning of your furniture, a simple wet (and clean) cloth is all you need. We always suggest wiping off any excess water with a dry cloth. To wash your furniture, you can add a drop of soft dish soap mixed with water to moisten your damp cloth.

All our furniture is permanently protected with 3 coats of water-based varnish. It is not a finish that needs to be renewed year after year. However, if after several years your furniture has signs of use that bother you, it is always possible to repeat the finish (to do so, we recommend that you do business with a professional in furniture restoration).

Although the finish applied to furniture protects the wood very well against most substances (liquids/solids), a wood table naturally requires some care. We suggest that you always clean up any spills as soon as you notice them in order to avoid any stains. A little advice: the more care you give to your furniture, the longer it will remain beautiful.

We offer our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy after delivery. That being said, regardless of the reason, if your furniture doesn't meet your needs, we commit to taking it back, with the condition that regular-priced products are exchangeable and refundable, and discounted products are exchangeable but not refundable. Delivery charges are non-refundable after delivery, and in the case of an exchange, a new delivery fee will be charged to facilitate the exchange between the returned furniture and the new one. Naturally, the products must be in their original condition to be returned, meaning they should show no signs of wear. In the case of a return, our delivery team will conduct a thorough inspection before accepting the furniture in question.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not damages related to normal use, such as scratches or stains, or alterations of the wood due to natural causes (small cracks in the wood) or external factors (temperature, humidity, etc.). Our warranty against manufacturing defects covers a period of two years after the delivery date of your furniture. Furniture that is covered by the manufacturing defects warranty can be exchanged or repaired, as determined by the production department, but cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Yes. Products purchased at regular prices can be eligible for a price adjustment until:

1- the order has been delivered

2- 8 weeks after the purchase if the order has not yet been delivered

Discounted products cannot be eligible for a price adjustment since they are exchangeable only and non-refundable.
